About the Camps
Welcome to Mosaic February Camp, a fun and educational adventure for children ages 3 to 8! Our theme this year is “Carnival Around the World” offering little explorers the opportunity to discover different cultures through captivating activities in English and French.
Here is an overview of the program:
Day 1: Welcome to Rio de Janeiro (Brazil)
Activities: Making carnival masks, introduction to samba dance, traditional Brazilian games.
Language: Introduction of a few words in Portuguese.
Day 2: Let’s explore Venice (Italy)
Activities: Making Venetian masks, “commedia dell’arte” classes suitable for children, costume parade.
Language: Some Italian expressions.
Day 3: Exit
Day 4: Magic in Nice (France)
Activities: Decoration of carnival floats, face painting session, parade in the courtyard.
Language: Introduction to French expressions.
Day 5: Bursts of color in New Orleans (United States)
Activities: Designing pearl necklaces, dancing to the rhythm of jazz, musical parade.
Language: Games and songs in English.
Essential information
- Activities will be conducted in both English and French for an enriching bilingual experience.
- Each group is generally made up of 5 to 20 children.
- The day starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.
- You have the choice of providing your children’s meals yourself or selecting the offer including lunches, with a supplement of CHF 100 for the week. Please note that we cannot reheat meals on site. Snacks are included and organized by Mosaic Camps.
- These programs are indicative and may change depending on time and the number of participants.
Weekly price: CHF 450 (+ CHF 100 meals).
- Open to children external to the Mosaic School with a supplement of CHF 100.
